RETURNS

  • All sales are final except in the case of product defect

  • All purchases on sale items are final. No returns.

  • We guarantee Olita products for 24 months in the case of broken buckles and zippers. We do not guarantee regular wear and tear on Olita products.  Be sure and care for your Olita product as you would any fine leather with leather protectants and conditioner.

  • If you notice your item(s) is defective when purchased please let us know within 10 days.

  • Your item(s) will be repaired, if possible. If we are unable to repair your item we will offer you a replacement or store credit for the amount you paid. The shipping back to you will be covered by Olita.

  • Returns/exchanges must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice.

  • All returns must be accompanied by a Return Form and original receipt or packing slip.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • All products must be unused and undamaged to ensure a full credit. 

  • We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.

  • In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  • Returns without a proof of purchase cannot be processed. Purchases for resale will not be accepted for returns, regardless of dollar amount.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with these policies.
